Monday Motivation

Happy Monday, Y’all!   It’s a new week, a new day and time for new adventures.  I am starting fresh here blogging about living a happy, healthy and blessed life.

I was sitting here this afternoon watching it rain and drinking some coffee and decided to share a little Monday Motivation with all of you.



I took the weekend off and didn’t get in very many steps, but it was a nice relaxing weekend, my body needed a rest and I enjoyed it.

I am still loving my fitbit and you can join me there (I’m Jaki Lynn on Fitbit) if you have a fitbit.

It is raining today, I am exercising inside and so far I have in over 8,000 steps for the day.

Over the weekend I was thinking now that I am in my 50’s I realize how much I took my health for granted when I was younger.  Remember to appreciate your body at every age and love and take care of it on your journey.  You have to take care of yourself first so that you can take care of those around you.

It isn’t selfish to take care of yourself.  You deserve to have a happy, healthy and blessed life.


Goal for this week: Add in something healthy this week.  A walk, drink water, add in more veggies, give yourself a compliment – find something positive to add into your week.
